  1. Our shipping carrier for most of the time is USPS (United States Parcel Services). Their office is open from Monday thru Saturday and not on holidays. The day of the order is not calculated in the shipping time frame. We will make every possible effort to process and ship your order within 1 to 3 days from the date of purchase unless it is out of stock.In that care, we will inform you. Shipping date begins when it is received by the shipping carrier. 
  2. There may be a time that some of our items may not be available at the time of sale because of the following reasons:

    a. The products have just been sold recently in our site and/or in our local shop and the listing
        and the listing has not been updated yet. 

    b. The products have an expiration date and we do not carry a high number of inventories. If
        the products are not available, we will notify you immediately for the expected date of 
        delivery. 
  3. We may offer our customers combined shipping to save money on some items depending on the weight of the products and/or the sale price. This is based on our discretion. Items that are on sale usually do not qualify for this. Please understand that we need to pay the merchant 
    companies for merchant fees. Combined shipping is not automatic. Please email us first to 
    request a combined shipping price. We cannot combine shipping anymore once the transaction has been paid.
  4. Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  5. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If USPS or another carrier that we used reported in the tracking history that the item has been delivered, we consider the order has been completed. 
  6. We ship merchandise locations within the continental United States and international locations. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands but for additional charge. Please contact us about this. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. You may purchase insurance if you like. Please contact us for details.
  7. United States Postal Service ships items via Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Express Mail,
    or First Class Mail.
  8. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excluded weekend and holidays. Please take note that transit time may vary during peak periods and inclement weather conditions. 
  9. In as much as the USPS (United States Parcel Services) or other carriers try to deliver the product to you safely and without incident most of the time, shipments may get damaged, lost or mis-delivered. Depending on the kind of USPS shipping services that were used or other instances, you may be able to file a claim. Packages shipped via priority mail is automatically insured for $50.00.
  10. All Orders over $250.00 shipped to a residence will be required a signature confirmation.
  11. Per previous experience with USPS, if the tracking number reports the package was "delivered" to the correct address and there is no report of damage, the sender or the buyer cannot file a claim even though the buyer claims the item to have not been received. 
  12. If the package is lost in transit, we can file a claim to trace it. We will need a signed statement from the buyer that the package has not been received. 
  13. If the package arrived to you in damaged condition, a claim can be filed with USPS but there is no absolute guarantee that USPS will pay any amount (Full or Partial) even if insured. The result is dependent on whoever is handling the case. We will need a signed document from the buyer of the details of the damage. We will need also supporting documents such as proof of purchase, photographs of the damaged products, and envelopes/boxes as received. Also, the claim has to be filed within a certain period and documents required by USPS must be submitted in a timely manner. Any amount we obtained from the result of the claim will be refunded to you, the buyer if there is any.

  18. First class international mail and International Priority Mail has NO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site pass to you,
    the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 
  19. Charges such as: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. 
  20. We will not be responsible for any custom tax, restrictions or other regulations that apply in countries outside the United States. The duties, taxes or any charges that your country may impose on imported goods are the responsibility of you, the buyer. Most consumers will not be charged, however, we are not certain for sure. Some countries based on the custom's tax on the price paid for the item by the buyer. We recommend that you verify any additional charges you may incur with your country's local customs office prior to buying. Custom charges are normally collected by the shipping company when the product is delivered or picked up. Per international regulations, we cannot mark the item being shipped as "gifts" and/or we can't declare value below the price paid for the item. If for any reason, the item is seized by custom officials, we will not be responsible and we will not be able to issue you a refund

  • If you like signature confirmation upon delivery of product, there is an additional $3.00 fee.
  • To purchase insurance for your package, please contact us first to determine rates. The price is dependent on the value of items and destination.

  1. We ship our product with delivery confirmation if in the United States. However, insurance is not included. Please contact us first if you need insurance to cover the items you purchased.
  2. We are not responsible for items lost during transit. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number. We strongly recommend that our customers purchase insurance especially for our International Customers.
