- We will process your order within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- There may be a time that some of our items may not be available at the time of sale because of any of the following reasons: the products have just been sold recently in our site and in our local shop and the listing has not been updated yet or the products have expiration date and we do not carry a high number of inventory. If the products are not available, we will notify you immediately for the expected date of delivery.
- We may offer our customers combined shipping to save money on some items depending on the weight of the products and/or the sale price. This is based on our discretion. Items that are on sale usually do not qualify for this. Please understand that we need to pay Paypal for merchant fees. Combined shipping is not automatic, Please email us first to request for combined shipping price. We cannot combine shipping anymore once, transaction has been paid.
- We ship merchandise locations within the continental United States and international locations. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands but for additional charge. Please contact us about this. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. You may purchase insurance if you like. Please contact us for details.
- United States Postal Service Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Express Mail, First Class Mail.
- All Orders over $250.00 shipped to a residence will be required a signature.
- NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We may ship internationally for some of our items. Please contact us via email for a free shipping quote. • First class international mail and International Priority Mail has NO DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
- Charges such as: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The charges that your country may impose on imported goods are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you verify any additional charges you may incur with your country's local customs office prior to buying or bidding. Custom charges are normally collected by the shipping company when the product is delivered or picked up.
